Netruve Plus: subscription terms
The free app stays free. The daily reading, your full birth chart, the Four Pillars, your current life chapter, the palm scan, and a daily allowance of tarot, I Ching and Oracle questions are free. Netruve Plus unlocks the deeper readings. "Continue free" is always on screen, and there is no countdown pressure.
What Plus includes
- Your year ahead, month by month.
- Every life chapter: the whole daśā timeline, not only the current one.
- Full compatibility between two charts.
- Unlimited tarot, I Ching and Oracle questions.
- Unlimited profiles.
- The advanced palm reading, with the classical wording and measurements.
Plus changes what you can see. It never changes where your data goes: your birth details and charts stay on your phone, with or without Plus.
Plans and prices
Plus is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. One-off reports (a year ahead, or one compatibility report) are sold separately for people who do not want a subscription. The price you pay is the price shown in the app and in your store, in your local currency, including any taxes the store adds. The yearly plan shows how much it saves, rounded down so it never overstates.
Free trials
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a free trial. The length and the price that follows are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you are charged for the first period. We send a reminder notification the day before a free trial ends, if you have notifications on.
Payment and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account or your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- If a price changes, the store tells you and, where the law requires it, asks for your agreement before the new price applies.
How to cancel
On Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, choose Payments & subscriptions then Subscriptions, pick Netruve, and tap Cancel subscription. You can also open the app and use Settings, then Netruve Plus.
On iPhone (App Store)
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, pick Netruve, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
When you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Your profiles and readings stay on your phone.
Refunds
The store that took the payment handles refunds. On Google Play, ask through your Play order history or at Google Play Help. On the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are in a country where the law gives you a cooling-off right to cancel a purchase, that right applies. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to veil@netruve.com and we will help you sort it out with the store.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, open the Plus screen and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account.
